  It started off well, they were super busy it being 1PM in the afternoon. We received our table buzzer and sat for a bit waiting, though they had several areas open. We were seated in a booth and our waitress was really nice, she took our orders and brought out our appetizers. She told us the kitchen was backed up, and during our wait told us this about three times. Since we had our appetizers we weren't that concerned. Our entire experience was about an hour a half...we finally got our food and I discovered a short curly black hair in my pasta. I put it to the side and requested our check and that the entree be removed from the check as well. The waitress was extremely apologetic, but it wasn't her fault and we told her that. They ended up removing both of our entrees as after finding the hair my husband wasn't eating his either. So while it was handled nicely, we aren't in any hurry to try Cheddars again.

  Food is always good and on point. Service and ambience are a pkus as well. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food given. I highly recommend.

  Our waitress was fantastic! The food was great! The manager was rude over how many people we had in our party. Cheddar's does not accept 'reservations' but they will make a note if you call ahead to tell them how many you will have.
