  Kid-friendly. Food is delicious, however this location is improperly staffed. Food is cold when served. Drinks aren't refilled. Don't get Queso appetizers, although its delicious, you wont get any extra chips even after waiting 30mins. Don't get unlimited Soup and Salad as you will never get a second soup or salad.
  
  After our experience the Gen. Manager came to our table to ask us how we enjoyed our meal. He was very professional and polite. Once we explained what happened he apologized and took care of our meal.
  
  I'm willing to give Chili's another try. Hopefully in a month or so they will be better staffed.

  Staff was friendly and helpful, food was pretty good. There could be an increase in staff to better handle demand.
